Analyze customer sales data for trends and opportunities Initiate sales via outbound cold calls and inbound inquiries Manage price quotes and maintain CRM records Serve as liaison between sales agencies, distributors, and managers Respond to order questions promptly Follow up on samples and quotes Check stock availability and communicate with customers and stakeholders Cross-reference manufacturer part numbers for product matching What You Bring
Lighting industry experience and product knowledge 1-2 years inside sales experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and Prophet 21 (preferred) Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team Alignment with Keystone’s Core Values Note: We do not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or agencies.
