As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll turn strong inbound into six-figure wins and build net-new pipeline in a market with real pull. You’ll work on-site in SF or NYC, sit close to the founders, and sell a platform that sits in the developer workflow, unifies context, and lets teams delegate work to agents. $20M raised, rapid adoption across well-known engineering teams, and clear room to grow. Early seat selling complex enterprise deals. What You Will Be Working On: Own full-cycle enterprise sales from target list to close. Run crisp discovery with engineering, platform, and product leaders. Build value cases around speed, developer focus, and AI agent workflows. Navigate 1–3 month cycles with legal, security, and procurement. Maintain rigorous forecasting and clean CRM. Create repeatable plays, talk tracks, and proof packages. Partner with product to tailor integrations and pilots. What Type of Person Will Be Successful: 3+ years as an AE in B2B SaaS, selling to engineering or platform teams. Strong technical fluency. Comfortable in dev tools, CI/CD, or AI platforms. Consistent 100%+ attainment and six-figure wins. Confident in outbound and building your own pipeline. Clear communicator with executive presence. Low ego, curious, and steady under pressure. Willing to work on site five days per week in SF or NYC.
