This role is a retail position with responsibilities surrounding customer service, sales and store operations, reporting to store leadership. Responsibilities
Deliver transformational client experiences and drive business through sales. Build and maintain customer relationships; communicate Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers and team members. Support opening and closing procedures as a Key Holder, including counting funds and securing the store. Collaborate with team to maintain visual standards and uphold operational policies. Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment. Strong personal selling and customer relations experience; effective verbal and written communication. Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends. What You’ll Receive / Benefits
