My client is an innovative digital pathology company revolutionizing how clinicians and researchers understand disease. By combining advanced imaging technology with AI-driven analytics, they empower pathology labs, hospitals, and research institutions to improve diagnostic accuracy, accelerate workflows, and drive better patient outcomes. They are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across the Northeastern U.S. This is a high-impact role for someone with deep experience in healthcare or life sciences sales, who thrives in consultative environments and is passionate about advancing precision medicine. Responsibilities Own and execute the regional sales strategy, with a focus on hospitals, academic medical centers, pathology labs, and life science organisations. Identify and develop new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing accounts. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, effectively communicating the value of digital pathology solutions. Collaborate with marketing, applications, and product teams to tailor offerings and support client success. Maintain accurate forecasts and sales pipeline data in CRM systems; meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Requirements 5+ years of experience in medical device, diagnostics, digital health, or life sciences sales, ideally with capital equipment or software components. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a complex, consultative sales environment. Deep understanding of the pathology workflow, lab operations, or clinical diagnostics landscape is highly preferred. Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, from lab managers to C-suite. Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory (primarily NJ and surrounding Northeast region). Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
