Inside Sales Representative Our Inside Sales Representatives engage new and existing customers over the phone through cold calling and proactive prospecting. Our inside sales teams focus on creating new business, and your goal will be to set appointments and conduct follow-ups for our seasoned sales professionals. Responsibilities
Engage new and existing customers over the phone through cold calling and proactive prospecting. Focus on creating new business, set appointments, and conduct follow-ups for seasoned sales professionals. Operate in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with a high volume of outbound calls, following a structured call guide, while aiming to close an appointment for the product presentation. Perform outbound prospecting with marketing-driven leads, primarily targeting car dealerships and law firms, and engage in discovery conversations to uncover opportunities to sell and deliver products and solutions. Hunter Mentality: Driven to seek out and secure new business opportunities through cold calling and proactive outreach, motivated to exceed monthly sales quotas. Sales Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a phone-based or B2B sales environment. Communication Skills: Confident and clear when communicating to prospects and clients. Education: High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and a strong aptitude for learning new systems. Work Environment
Work/Life Balance: Monday through Wednesday 9:00am – 5:00 pm CST in the office, Thursday and Friday 9:00am – 5:00 pm CST in your home office, 40-hour workweek with no nights or weekends. Predictable schedule and organized work routine. Private Work Environment: Maintain a distraction-free, private work environment. AIM will provide the necessary computer equipment. “Camera On” culture: Meetings and internal interaction use Zoom for video communication. Benefits & Compensation
Earnings: $35,000 to $55,000 first year - $36,000 base plus a quarterly bonus based on performance. Paid Time Off: 2 days of PTO plus 9 paid holidays.
