What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and implement comprehensive success plans aligned with client business objectives

Conduct regular business reviews and health checks to ensure optimal platform utilization

Monitor client adoption metrics to predict and prevent churn risks

Provide expert guidance on Adobe Workfront solutions and system integrations

Create necessary documentation, including success plans and ROI reports

What is Required (Qualifications)

2-4 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in client-facing roles

2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, including system configuration

Adobe Workfront certification (Professional or Expert level)

Deep knowledge of Adobe Workfront architecture and functionalities

Experience with Value Realization methodologies and client relationship management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree desired

Understanding of change management principles and adoption methodologies

Experience in client budget management and commercial discussions
