Role Overview
As Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads, accelerate pipeline growth, and support revenue targets. This role combines strategy, execution, and analytics across inbound and outbound channels, using a mix of digital advertising, content syndication, SEO/SEM, and sales enablement. Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
– Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid search, retargeting, content syndication, ABM); align campaign messaging with vertical-specific pain points (e.g., Healthcare, Hospitality, Higher Education); partner with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up processes. Lead Generation & Qualification
– Drive high-intent inbound leads through SEO (SEMRush, Fatjoe), content promotion (NetLine), and paid media (Google Ads); identify and engage outbound prospects through Leadfeeder/Dealfront and Cognism; manage lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and field mapping in Zoho CRM. Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
– Use website visitor intelligence (Leadfeeder/Dealfront) to identify target accounts; build contact lists and run personalized outreach campaigns for high-value prospects; layer on retargeting campaigns to keep the brand in front of buying committees. Conversion Optimization & Analytics
– Track website engagement and user behavior with Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps, session replays); run A/B tests and provide insights to improve conversion rates across landing pages and forms; report on campaign ROI, cost per lead, and pipeline contribution. Collaboration & Enablement
– Work closely with sales to align outreach cadences with marketing campaigns; provide enablement resources (campaign briefs, lead notes, vertical insights) to support conversions; coordinate with external vendors (NetLine, Fatjoe) for campaign execution. Tool Stack
