What to Expect
Guide customers through software implementation and act as a liaison between the employer and clients.
Analyze customer business goals and needs to ensure effective adoption of the Trimble ConstructionOne product suite.
Develop software designs tailored to meet customers\' business requirements.
Provide consulting services including business process reviews, setup, testing, and training.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to achieve utilization targets.
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting, training, or technology.
Minimum of 2 years of software consulting experience.
Strong customer support experience with project management and change management skills.
Proven client-management and relationship-building abilities.
Willingness to travel to customer locations in North America for 3-5 day durations.
