Bilingual Human Resources Manager
to be the
go-to HR leader
at our Connecticut plant. In this
department of one
role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape HR strategy while staying hands-on with day-to-day operations. From weekly payroll to employee engagement, compliance, recruitment, and safety—you’ll be at the center of creating a positive, safe, and people-first environment. What You’ll Do
Lead weekly payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management Partner with plant leadership to attract, hire, and retain top talent Champion safety programs, training, and OSHA compliance Be the first point of contact for employees—driving engagement and culture Build HR best practices that align with our business and people priorities What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business (or 10+ years of HR leadership experience) Strong background in manufacturing/plant environments Knowledge of HR compliance, payroll, and safety programs Certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR, or OSHA are a big plus This is a high-visibility role and one where you will have the opportunity to build trusted relationships across the plant floor.
