is seeking an
Employee Benefits Senior Account Manager
to join our growing team in
Phoenix, Arizona .
Responsibilities
Establish, develop and sustain professional relations with internal staff, carriers and clients
Service the designated book of business as it relates to marketing, claims, administration and sales.
Respond to client questions and maintain appropriate correspondence files.
Meet department guidelines for client retention. Make good and timely decisions that propel our company forward.
Responsible for the day-to-day account management of client accounts.
Advise and direct clients on claims issues, administration, benefit plans and federal/state laws such as: COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ERISA etc.
Assist with the implementation of benefit plan renewals, benefit changes, new plans and/or new lines of coverage.
Coordinate with vendors and carriers to confirm dates and times for enrollment meeting and enrollment materials.
Assist with off site client meetings, employee communication meetings, enrollment meetings and benefit/wellness fairs.
Assist AE with client presentations
Provide timely updates to client and carriers requests.
Complete all required forms required by Quality Control.
Adhere to QC policy and procedures.
Perform required functions with EPIC.
Sets the lead in the Account Management department by example in strong solutions using speed and agility for customer service.
Consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances.
Skills to be Successful
Minimum
3-
5
years of prior group insurance experience required
Active, valid driver’s license
Proficient in Microsoft Office required
Experience with data analysis
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
License: State of AZ license Health and Accident
