Outside Sales Representative

to join our team. This role focuses on generating new business, meeting with potential customers, and providing roofing and siding solutions tailored to their needs. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to close deals. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience in home improvement or construction sales, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities

Proactively generate leads through door-to-door sales, referrals, and networking. Conduct on-site inspections of roofs and siding to assess customer needs and recommend solutions. Prepare and present professional estimates, proposals, and contracts. Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close sales. Educate customers on roofing and siding materials, installation processes, and warranty options. Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project details. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and competitor offerings. Attend networking events, trade shows, and community meetings to expand business opportunities. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales and installation process. Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing, siding, or home improvement industries. Knowledge of roofing and siding materials and installation processes (preferred but not required). Strong negotiation and closing skills with a self-driven mindset. Ability to build rapport with homeowners and handle objections professionally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with in-person sales, including door-to-door and on-site consultations. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs as needed. Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer availability.
