A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with 2 to 6 years of insurance coverage experience for its Mt. Laurel, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for analytical writing and trial advocacy, engaging in a balanced mix of research, writing, litigation, and client interaction.
Duties
Conduct legal research and draft analytical documents. Engage in trial advocacy and litigation processes. Interface with clients to provide legal guidance. Represent insurance companies in coverage matters. File declaratory judgment actions and defend coverage suits. Requirements
2 to 6 years of experience in insurance coverage. Strong analytical writing and research skills. Interest in trial advocacy and litigation. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications
Admission to the Bar in New Jersey. Skills
