We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Attorney

with strong experience in

personal injury

and

workers’ compensation/Labor & Industry (L&I)

cases. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocating on behalf of injured clients, possess excellent negotiation and litigation skills, and be comfortable managing a busy caseload from intake through resolution. Key Responsibilities

Handle a full caseload of personal injury and L&I claims. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and develop case strategies. Represent clients in hearings, depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials. Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters. Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure efficient case progression. Maintain detailed and organized case files and documentation. Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school. Active and in good standing with the [State] Bar. 3+ years of experience in personal injury and/or L&I/workers\' compensation law. Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills. Exceptional written and oral communication abilities. Client-focused with a compassionate and professional demeanor. Preferred

Bilingual (Spanish or another language) is a plus. Trial experience is highly desirable. What We Offer
