Experienced 360 recruiter (3–6 years) with full-desk experience in an agency environment and a track record of strong billing and client development Ability to mentor and coach junior team members while still running your own desk Business-savvy, articulate, and able to influence senior stakeholders and negotiate high-value deals Desire for rapid, merit-based career progression with transparent targets and rewards Proven revenue generation and top performance across multiple disciplines Grew in 2020 AND 2023; true market leaders in insurance and financial services recruitment Experience with P&C Claims or related insurance recruitment teams is advantageous Seniority level
