Aftermarket Sales Representative
solicits parts and service business from accounts through personal and phone contacts. The representative will develop new accounts, recover lost accounts, and manage established accounts. Rush Truck Centers

Learn and sell all Aftermarket products and offerings, including Parts, Service, Contract Maintenance, technology products, and RushCare offerings (Service Connect and PartsConnect). Engage in systematic selling, including pre-call planning, investigating sales opportunities, offering Rush-specific solutions, and closing sales. Call on National Accounts and collaborate with the Rush Aftermarket National Accounts Sales Manager to promote account programs. Sell multiple Parts categories and specific Service repair types. Promote and sell “All Makes” Parts and Service beyond proprietary brands. Promote Rush and OE special market programs. Develop and implement account-specific growth strategies for all products. Participate in sales blitzes, trade shows, and employee/customer events, including training and development. Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in B2B sales or within the industry preferred. Valid driver’s license with insurability according to company guidelines. Ability to learn Microsoft Dynamics 360 (CRM) for sales activities. Manage a Book of Business with 40-50 accounts. Benefits:
