Account Executive (Enterprise IT Sales)
to join our growing team. This isn’t a transactional sales role—it’s a chance to become a
trusted advisor to CIOs, IT Directors, and VPs , delivering real outcomes across
cloud, networking, security, and digital workplace solutions . What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle —prospect, qualify, present, propose, and close deals in cloud, cybersecurity, and IT services. Develop & grow enterprise accounts
by building long-term relationships with executive-level IT decision makers. Leverage OEM partnerships
(Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Google, and others) to align customer needs with best-in-class solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally
with Hypershift engineers, architects, and marketing to deliver tailored solutions that drive digital transformation. Exceed targets
by strategically managing your pipeline, forecasting accurately, and driving growth across SaaS, cloud, and managed services. Stay competitive
by keeping up with emerging enterprise technology trends, security frameworks, and industry shifts. What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of
enterprise technology sales experience
in areas like
cloud services, SaaS sales, cybersecurity, or IT consulting . Proven
quota attainment
and success in relationship-driven selling (channel, reseller, or OEM background is highly valued). Strong
presentation & communication skills —comfortable engaging with both technical stakeholders and C-level executives. Experience selling across
cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), security (MFA, Zero Trust, SOC/SIEM, endpoint protection), networking, or digital workplace solutions . Skilled at managing multiple priorities with CRM discipline (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent). A consultative,
