At MGM Resorts International, we create unforgettable experiences by blending world-class hospitality with extraordinary events. As an Executive Account Manager – MREP, you will serve as a key point of contact for corporate, social, and in-house events. From pre-planning through execution and post-event billing, you will own the client journey, ensuring flawless delivery that meets both sales and operational standards. This role plays a vital part in exceeding revenue targets while elevating guest and client experiences. The Day-to-Day

Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of assigned events, balancing client needs, budgets, timelines, and venue capabilities. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal departments, and external vendors throughout the planning process and on-site execution. Foster strong relationships with catering, AV, convention services, sales, and vendor partners to deliver seamless event solutions. Participate in sales calls, site visits, and final walk-throughs, driving revenue while ensuring client satisfaction. Lead on-site support during installations, strikes, and live events as needed. Conduct post-event reconciliations, preparing billing and financial reports. Maintain expertise in MGM Resorts venues as well as broader Las Vegas event opportunities. The Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree required. 1+ years of experience in Special Events, Sales, Production, Entertainment, Catering or Hospitality industry Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently and within a team. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. The Perks & Benefits
