Partner with Territory Sales Managers (TSM) to develop and manage accounts strategically to deliver solutions and drive revenue growth, including lead qualification, proposal development, and objection handling. Act as a commercial bridge between scientific interest and purchasing decision, helping Territory Sales Managers move opportunities toward closure. Research and understand market growth opportunities, and lead the development of an effective business plan and sales strategy for CRISPR business for West US Maintain and develop strategic partnerships with key customers and leverage internal resources to achieve high customer satisfaction Develop client relationships by understanding both short-term and long-term needs/goals for optimal positioning of IDT’s CRISPR products and services The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

Master’s degree in Life Science field or bachelor’s degree; PhD in Life Science preferred. A minimum of 7 years of prior sales experience required, preferably in life science reagents/consumables (CRISPR applications experience is a plus) or 5 years of sales with strong CRISPR applications background. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets for at least 3 years. Outstanding prospecting, territory management, lead management, negotiation, and closing skills. Travel, Vehicle & Environment

Ability to travel 50-70% within the field in the assigned territory. Nice-to-Have Experience

Previous laboratory experience. Prior sales management or key account management experience. Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with multiple levels of customers. Compensation, Benefits & Remote Work

The total compensation range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000. This range may be modified in the future. This position is eligible for a bonus/incentive plan. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) for eligible employees. Flexible, remote work arrangements are available for eligible roles, with details provided by the interview team. Note: No compensation is considered wages or pay until earned and vested.
