Overview
Outside Sales Representative (OSR) for Tireco Distributors (TD) is responsible for growing sales to existing customers, maintaining strong relationships with all customers, and developing new relationships that lead to new business while working closely with the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) assigned to the territory. This is primarily a remote role; however it will be based out of Miami, FL. The OSR must reside in the Ft. Lauderdale Distribution Center footprint area, with the expectation of daily travel within the assigned territory. Specific territory will be discussed further. The OSR engages with prospects and customers in the field to drive sales growth. You will work with your manager to strategize territory management, determine customer visit frequency and utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and NetSuite to plan travel and track customer interactions. Grow sales to existing customers and develop new business within the assigned territory. Maintain strong relationships with all customers and collaborate with the Inside Sales Representative (ISR). Strategize territory management, determine visit frequency, and use CRM and NetSuite to plan travel and track interactions. Travel daily within the assigned territory. Schedule
Monday - Friday, general business hours 8am - 5pm Compensation
Total range: $82,000 - $87,000 (Base $50,000 - $55,000 + Target Commission $32,000) Average contributors in this role earn approximately $30,000 in commissions Auto & phone allowances Team Member Perks
