We provide MEP Modeling and Coordination, VDC/BIM Management, and a comprehensive array of BIM production services to architects, engineers, and owners. The Role

We are looking for Account Executives who will represent us with new and existing clients in the BIM or VDC industries, offering these services to top GCs and MEP contractors. You will work with a team of 15 people within our Sales & Marketing areas on end-to-end sales processes, from finding or unearthing new clients to connecting with existing ones, aiming to secure deals and contribute to long-term partnerships. Aspiring candidates must have

experience in the Construction/BIM/VDC industries and must reside in the US. The experience should be 5–10 years or more. Top Job Responsibilities

Develop business by expanding relationships with new clients and serving as their primary point of contact. Potential clients include General Contractors and MEP subcontractors. Sell ENG’s MEP Modeling and Coordination services and potentially some of our tech products. This is a relationship-based sales process focused in the Account Executive’s location/region. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends; design sales strategies and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Stay up to date with industry developments and competitor activities. Around 40% travel time involved (1–3 times a month, several days at a time). Mandatory Requirements

Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a senior account executive or similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Willingness to travel as needed. Benefits
