We are passionate about our clients’ success in Employee Benefits, Property and Casualty Insurance, Retirement Plan Services, and Wealth Services. Our nationwide network of offices allows us to combine national resources with local service. Responsibilities Support marketing of renewals, draft and prepare renewal proposals as required Process endorsements Issue certificates, evidences, and ID cards Maintain and update all bookkeeping systems, databases, and records Process Non-Pay Cancellations and resolve billing issues Provide superior customer support to ensure timely resolutions Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed Qualifications Preferred: 1+ years of Commercial Lines experience Required: NJ Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License Customer service-oriented with the ability to empathize with clients Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, etc.) Familiarity with Agency Management Systems and Carrier websites is a plus Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Flexible to adapt to organizational needs Additional Information Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401k, generous paid time off, and more.
