We’re looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, ideal for those who want to control their time and income.
What You’ll Do
Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals Work independently with full support and training

You Are
A natural communicator and closer Comfortable with face-to-face selling Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred)
Compensation for Xplor Pay Direct Sales position offers health benefits, 401K match and is a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component. We Are Xplor Pay.

Required qualifications for this role: Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred) Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance Be able to work well independently and as part of a team Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality You align with our four core values, and you are simply a good human Location: You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights, and are able to be in the field of your team region
