Job Description Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers through in-person, by appointment, and virtual interactions to provide the best possible counsel with a digital-first mindset. Responsibilities include assessing customers’ banking needs, processing customer and account information, demonstrating and educating clients on deposit and loan products, and recommending solutions based on each client’s goals. Key activities include proactive outreach and follow-up, learning about customers’ financial needs and channel preferences, maintaining knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services (including digital options), delivering a consistent optimal client experience, greeting clients, and processing basic transactions. Collaborate with branch teams and partners to serve clients, open new accounts, handle service requests, and submit credit applications. Educate clients on emerging digital products and self-service tools to meet their needs. Leverage resources and technology to optimize the client experience with operational excellence and accuracy. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z, and a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet NMLS requirements may result in rescission of an offer or termination of employment. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Typically has a minimum of three to four years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training Preferred Skills/Experience

Proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients Thorough knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures and support systems Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Experience with digital products and self-service technologies Ability to identify a customer’s true needs with a digital-first mindset Basic proficiency in making appropriate recommendations to meet customer needs Experience in the financial services industry preferred If accommodations are needed during the application or hiring process, refer to disability accommodations for applicants.
