Trinity Residential is seeking a highly motivated
HR Associate
to support the human resources team in Dallas, TX. This role will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, associate relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about providing exceptional HR support. Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing associates. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations. Support HR projects and initiatives, including associate engagement, training, and development programs. Assist with benefits administration and associate inquiries. Handle confidential HR matters with discretion and professionalism. Provide general HR support to managers and associates. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of HR experience preferred. Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. What We Offer
