Job Description

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will partner with business leaders to drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and workforce capability. This role is responsible for implementing local HR strategies in alignment with business objectives, enhancing performance, and fostering a culture of engagement, competence, and inclusion. Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership: Collaborate with the Director and Senior HRBP to set and implement local people strategies, including culture, competence, and organizational initiatives. Capability & Workforce Planning: Assess and plan mid- to long-term organizational capabilities, ensuring the business is adequately staffed to meet current and future goals. Organization Design: Maintain organizational structures and principles in line with company rules and standards, including the Client Job Structure. Performance Management: Build a high-performance culture by setting goals and targets, identifying performance issues, and recognizing and rewarding high performers. Competence Development: Implement learning and development initiatives to enhance organizational skills and competencies. Talent Management: Partner with Talent Partners to manage recruitment, succession planning, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and talent risk mitigation strategies. Remuneration & Competitiveness: Support the Director and Senior HRBP in setting competitive compensation strategies, monitoring staffing costs, and taking corrective actions as needed. Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to support business strategy, including communication, reorganization, performance management, and recognition programs. Safety & Integrity: Promote Health, Safety, and business compliance standards, embodying the company’s core values of safety and integrity. Qualifications

Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRBP. Work authorization permitting employment in the USA. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required; experience with Workday preferred. Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information. Critical thinking and sound judgment. Presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
