Overview
BKCW Insurance is looking for a motivated candidate interested in joining our Employee Benefits Account Management team to provide high-level service to our clients. The ideal candidate will work with our team to provide a great experience to our existing and new clients. Account Managers will develop relationships through communication with clients, carriers, and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues our clients may face. Previous insurance experience is not required, you will receive in-depth training for this role. Member can work in either our Killeen or Temple, TX office locations. Responsibilities
Create and maintain relationships with clients to better understand and achieve their needs Work as a consultant for our clients while implementing plans for new business and renewals Meet with insurance company representatives to gain market knowledge and learn new products and offerings Work proactively to plan for future renewals and communicate with clients Complete licensing and software system training to learn how to properly document Qualifications
Two to five years previous benefits or account management experience preferred Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work with a team or independently to accomplish goals Strong organization and time management skills, critical thinking, and exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and by email Knowledge of Microsoft Office products Bachelor\'s degree with a commitment to continuous learning Benefits
