Are you disciplined and capable of following a proven sales process that can lead to a six-figure income? If so, we want you to join the family. Our Sales Consultants will learn all our products, sell homes, and secure contracts. This role is challenging but rewarding, especially if you are willing to work hard, are coachable, and available to work weekends and some holidays. Responsibilities include following up with prospective customers, maintaining the sales database, presenting products to clients, and researching the competition in the area.
Requirements include one to two years of new home sales experience, excellent customer service skills, and exceptional communication abilities—both one-on-one and in front of groups. A valid driver's license and a valid Real Estate License are required.
