Job Title:

Consultant (Human Factors Engineer)

Responsibilities

Engage in UX research.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points.

Define research strategy and roadmap.

Engage in creating qualitative visual artifacts.

Plan and facilitate design thinking workshops, design prototyping and learning experiences.

Create documentation of findings.

Collaborate with the product manager, instructional designers and developers to integrate research findings into decision making for technology solutions.

Qualifications

Will provide services to clients located throughout the US.

Will be assigned to unanticipated client sites located throughout the US and subject to travel/relocation.

Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering and 2 years of experience in the tasks listed in the job description.

Must be willing to travel or relocate to Milwaukee, WI.
