Responsibilities Docket includes commercial litigation, trucking, construction and general liability File through trial/settlement and appeals including all facets of discovery Training provided for candidate desirous of pushing beyond in-box/out-box skills to trial readiness Meet with clients Qualifications TX licensure 2+ years of litigation defense/hourly billing experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good tenure Candidate will work with mentoring attorneys and team on-site. Billable requirements to bonus 1800/year (150/month) (35/week). Pay is commiserate with years of experience relevant to hourly rates per matter.
