Responsibilities
General insurance defense attorney with a strong focus on premises liability cases.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective trial strategies.
Prepare and present compelling arguments in court, including opening statements, examinations, and closing arguments.
Collaborate with experts, witnesses, and colleagues to build strong cases.
Qualifications
Experience in civil litigation with a focus on public entity defense or insurance defense, and premises liability.
