General Liability Associate Attorney
in Atlanta, GA. This is a high-impact role for a junior to mid-level litigator ready to grow their courtroom skills and contribute to a practice handling everything from auto and premises liability to complex commercial cases. What You'll Do as the General Liability Associate Attorney:
Represent corporate clients and insurers in general liability matters, including auto, premises, and commercial claims Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses with minimal supervision Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and client communication Contribute to business development and client relationship efforts Must-Haves as the General Liability Associate Attorney:
JD from an ABA-accredited law school Active Georgia bar license At least 2 years of litigation experience, with exposure to depositions or hearings Strong writing, research, and critical thinking skills Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload with independence and initiative Nice-to-Haves as the General Liability Associate Attorney:
Interest in long-term growth within a litigation-focused practice Desire to contribute to a high-performing, collegial team Demonstrated success juggling billables and client service demands This Role Offers:
