The Houston, TX office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and at least two (2) to seven (7) years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery, as well as handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the Texas Bar is required. Responsibilities
Provide defense representation in insurance defense matters, manage cases through all phases including case management, motions, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials, and contribute to trial preparation and strategy. Qualifications
Texas Bar admission required. 2 to 7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation and related activities. Strong research and writing skills. Experience in hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials preferred. About the Firm
