Overview
Manager of HRIS (Workday) at Ken Garff Automotive Group. Hybrid schedule (minimum of three days in office) at the corporate office in Salt Lake City, UT. The role focuses on Workday as the primary HRIS, driving people analytics and data-driven decision making across corporate, regional and dealership levels. The position requires strong analytics, project management, and the ability to translate data into actionable solutions for the business. Responsibilities
Partners with key stakeholders to understand the business needs for people data, analytics and meaningful reporting. Leads the design and delivery of HRIS reporting systems (Workday); serves as the project manager over new product modules or HCM systems. Designs, implements and maintains initiatives that support efficient operations such as employee and manager self-service. Leads new Workday product modules, functionality, and solutions that align Workday processes and data with business needs. Serves as the technical point of contact for Workday operational areas and assists with troubleshooting and problem-solving. Leads upgrades and releases, communicating with HR partners, employees, and managers. Designs training material and collaborates with HR leadership to normalize and disseminate. Maintains Ken Garff Custom Reports and reviews their relevance with stakeholders. Meets monthly with the HR Leadership team to review data, analytics and current reporting tools and discuss future needs and system solutions. Interacts with senior executives to promote system and data solutions to HR business challenges, providing relevant presentations as needed. Continually learns the HRIS software through Workday learning resources to improve the overall Workday experience for employees. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR Information Systems, Business, or Human Resources; Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years of progressive Workday experience. Integration experience heavily preferred. Strong project management skills to lead and manage multiple projects at the design and implementation level. Ability to comprehend data sources and utilize critical thinking to create solutions to business challenges using data. Job Details
