Real Estate Attorney

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with specific homebuilder/development experience for a fully onsite, long-term contract opportunity with our client in Raleigh, a notable AmLaw firm. This is a full-time role (35-40 hours per week), Monday - Friday, during standard business hours. Key Responsibilities : Draft purchase and sale agreements and lot contracts Review title and survey matters Prepare homeowners association (HOA) documents Draft easement agreements and other ancillary development documents Requirements : JD and active bar admission (North Carolina preferred, others considered) Experience working with a homebuilder, either in-house or at a law firm Willingness to commit 35-40 hours per week on this scope of work exclusively (no concurrent engagements) Located in or near Raleigh, North Carolina, with ability to be onsite as needed (anticipated hybrid; frequency to be discussed) Details : Duration: 6 months to start, very likely to extend Schedule: 35-40 hours weekly Compensation: $85-$93/hour (W-2 through Beacon Hill Legal) Benefits: Eligible for Beacon Hill's benefits package Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
