Senior Technical Support Specialist

This role involves supporting and escalating issues for Fortinet customers and partners, enhancing global Customer Success and Support functions, and providing exceptional technical assistance. The role also includes interfacing with QA and development teams to resolve customer problems and improve solutions through testing and replication. As a Senior Technical Support Specialist, you will: Provide troubleshooting expertise on core Fortinet products, especially FortiGate. Analyze configuration and system information to recommend changes and corrective actions. Educate customers on networking and product knowledge as needed. Reproduce customer environments on lab equipment to isolate and solve problems. Manage technical cases through proper escalation until resolution, maintaining customer communication. We Are Looking For: Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical support or system administration in networking/security. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Deep knowledge of Windows, OSX, Unix/Linux operating systems. Understanding of TCP/IP, routing, L2/L3 switching, security products, and troubleshooting skills. Experience with AI tools, customer support, and knowledge management principles is desirable. Ability to work in the office 3-5 days a week and participate in on-call rotations.
