Our client in New Berlin is looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to set up and program multi-axis mills and lathes with live tooling. You’ll create and revise programs, support production and prototypes, and ensure high-quality parts while working in a collaborative, improvement-focused environment. Key Responsibilities
Set up machines, create tool lists, and test programs. Inspect parts for accuracy and quality. Troubleshoot machines and mentor other operators. Participate in process improvements to increase efficiency. Qualifications
Previous CNC programming experience with Turning Center Lathes. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. CAD/CAM software experience (Mastercam preferred). Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints. Leadership or mentoring experience a plus. Education & Physical Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or CNC certification a plus. Work in a moderately noisy environment, computer work up to 8 hours/day, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, PPE use required. Why You’ll Love This Role
