Salesforce Developer — Remote, CST hours — 10-12 month contract — Pay Range $65.00-70.00/hr.

Responsibilities

Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.

Configure and maintain Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.

Customize and manage the nCino application for commercial lending workflows.

Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft or Informatica.

Lead DevOps practices for code versioning, CI/CD, and metadata deployments.

Migrate applications from Classic to Lightning and enhance user experience across web and mobile.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments, ensuring scalable and testable code delivery.

Support enterprise-level Salesforce architecture, performance tuning, and platform governance.

Required Skills

Minimum of 5 years IT experience, including 3 years Salesforce experience.

Proven understanding of Salesforce.com architecture and APIs.

Experience working with the nCino managed application.

Experience working on multiple Salesforce products (Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, etc.).

Experience configuring out-of-the-box Salesforce features like Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Validation Rules, Custom Settings, etc.

Experience writing Visualforce, Apex classes and triggers per best practices and enterprise frameworks.

Experience with SOQL/SOSL.

Ability to design, code, test, debug, and maintain Salesforce customizations (including integrations).

Experience integrating Salesforce1 platform with other applications via real-time, batch, and sync/async methods.

Proven success with at least one large Salesforce.com integration project.

Experience working with managed apps on the Salesforce1 platform.

Certified Force.com Developer (DEV-401) or Platform Developer I.

Experience setting up and managing DevOps — code management and metadata migration.

Experience working with Administrators across different applications.

Understanding of Salesforce Lightning system design principles and architecture, including Lightning Web Components.

Agile experience.

Strong focus on testing and quality.

Experience with automated build and deploy processes.

Bonus Skills

Certified Force.com Advanced Developer (DEV-501) or Platform Developer 2.

Experience integrating with enterprise middleware like Informatica Cloud or MuleSoft.

Experience migrating from Classic UI to Lightning.

Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Knockout or Aura.

Experience building or enhancing applications to run on mobile platforms.
