JD:
Facilitate
daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
for one or more Agile teams
Shield the team from external interruptions and remove impediments to progress
Promote Agile values and
Scrum principles
throughout the organization
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the
product backlog is well-groomed
and prioritized
Support the team in delivering high-quality work within defined timelines
Track team metrics (e.g.,
velocity, burndown ) and use data to improve team performance
Coach team members on Agile best practices, including story writing, estimation, and team collaboration
Coordinate with other Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and stakeholders on cross-team dependencies
Help establish a
culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous delivery
Support Agile transformation initiatives at the team or enterprise level
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
2 5 years
of experience as a
Scrum Master
in Agile software development environments
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as
JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Rally
Excellent facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work with distributed teams and manage cross-functional dependencies
