You will manage a diverse caseload involving divorce, custody, support, and other family law matters, working closely with lead attorney Ashley A. Andrews and our experienced support staff. Location and schedule: Arcadia, CA. Hybrid in-person schedule with designated in-office days and opportunities for flexible work to accommodate court appearances and client meetings. Please note: this position follows a hybrid schedule and requires in-person presence in Arcadia, CA. Responsibilities

Manage and handle a caseload of family law matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, declarations, and settlement agreements Appear at hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials as needed Conduct legal research and develop case strategies tailored to each client’s goals Advise and guide clients through emotionally sensitive legal processes with professionalism and empathy Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys to ensure deadlines are met and client service remains exceptional Engage in mediation and collaborative divorce processes in addition to litigation Qualifications

Required: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active California Bar License in good standing Active member of local bar association Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong legal research, analysis, and drafting abilities Ability to manage multiple cases independently and meet deadlines High level of professionalism, integrity, and client service Preferred: Certified Family Law Specialist (C.F.L.S.) designation or actively pursuing certification Minimum 2–5 years of experience practicing family law Familiarity with mediation and collaborative divorce processes Courtroom and trial experience in family law matters Compensation

$150,000 - $250,000 per year (Salary DOE)
