Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Doctor, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner located in Eugene, OR. The role involves providing preventative care, conducting health screenings, managing chronic diseases, and supporting patients in reaching their health goals. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medications, developing treatment plans, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Qualifications
Medical Doctor (MD), Physician Assistant (PA), or Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification
Proven experience in preventive care, health screenings, and chronic disease management
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients
Current state medical license and DEA certificate
BLS/ACLS certification is a plus
