Overview
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Director, Neuropsychiatry Clinical Translational Lead. The role can be located in La Jolla, CA; Titusville, NJ; Spring House, PA; or Cambridge, MA. This is a senior leadership position within the Neuroscience Precision Measures team, reporting to the Head of Quantitative Imaging and Clinical Biomarkers. The Director will coordinate cross-functional Measurement Development teams for clinical phase neuropsychiatry programs and lead translational measurement strategy across Precision Measures, Neuroscience, and the broader Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines organization. The role serves as a key member of Compound Development Teams and will lead preparation for Measurement Development Forums to align with Neuroscience Leadership Team input. The Director will manage cross-functional teams to turn ideas into plans, evaluating feasibility, risk, timelines, deliverables, and communication. The position emphasizes integration of external insights, literature, conferences, partnerships, and consortia aligned to program goals and timelines.
