This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist, located in Snohomish, WA. The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will work with infants and toddlers (birth to age three) who have developmental disabilities or medical conditions that may cause developmental delays. This role involves providing therapy in various natural environments including the family home, daycare, and community settings. The therapist will work closely with families to support the child in reaching developmental milestones and achieving greater independence. Responsibilities

Provide pediatric occupational therapy services to infants and toddlers (birth to age three) with developmental disabilities or related medical conditions. Deliver therapy in natural environments such as homes, daycare settings, and community contexts. Collaborate with families and caregivers to support developmental milestones and foster greater independence. Document progress and create individualized treatment plans. Qualifications

Experience and skills in Pediatric Occupational Therapy. Ability to conduct therapy sessions in natural environments (homes, daycare settings). Demonstrated experience working with infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities. Strong communication skills for working with families and other caregivers. Knowledge of early intervention strategies and techniques. Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling to various locations. Experience working in an inclusive and diverse environment. Ability to document progress and create individualized plans. Seniority level
