1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants A1 Placement is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB-GYN physician to join a dedicated Federally Qualified Healthcare (FQHC) team. Clinics are located in South Central Los Angeles, South Gate, and Wilmington and serve a diverse patient population with a focus on providing high-quality, compassionate care.
The ideal candidate must have active hospital privileges and be licensed with the California Medical Board. Education & Experience Requirements
California Medical License (Required) Medical Degree (MD or DO) Completion of OB-GYN Residency Training Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology BLS and ACLS Certification Must Have Hospital Privileges Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal, labor & delivery, and postpartum care. Conduct routine gynecological exams, screenings, and preventative care. Diagnose and treat a wide range of gynecologic conditions. Perform gynecologic and obstetric procedures as needed. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including ultrasounds and lab work. Counsel patients on family planning, reproductive health, and wellness. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. Respond to emergency obstetric and gynecologic situations as needed. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with medical regulations and best practices. Requirements
Ability to commute/rotate between facilities, including mobile units. Able to see a minimum of 20-22 patients. Work Saturdays as needed. Able to use EMR systems. Job Types
Full-time, Part-time Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:00pm) Saturday (8:30am-2:00pm) Work Location
