Senior Solutions Consultant — Remote - US
The mission of the Senior Solutions Consultant is to configure and demonstrate the value of Legion’s next-generation workforce management technology to prospective customers. The Solutions Consultant will pair technical expertise, presentation skills, and a keen interest in diagnosing an organization’s labor management challenges to showcase Legion’s products in a tailored manner. This role focuses on pre-sales discovery meetings, demo environment setup and maintenance, and superior presentation skills to partner with the Enterprise Sales team in a highly customer-facing capacity. Role deliverables Become an expert for all Legion products Support the Enterprise Sales team with demonstrations, Proof of Concept presentations, technical RFP responses, and business justification in a presales capacity Define and present how Legion’s platform addresses the critical business and operational issues a prospect faces; develop a deep understanding of the prospect’s business and technical environment Identify potential risks/gaps and overcome obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches Travel to field events as needed (meetings, conferences, etc.) Participate in competitive landscape and differentiation discussions Professional background and experience 5+ years of software pre-sales experience Technical skills: SQL, Unix, ability to use Postman to access API endpoints, familiarity with scripting, Excel data manipulation, and data configuration/troubleshooting Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills; ability to communicate at all levels in the customer organization Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment; early stage startup experience is a plus Experience in labor operations and/or Retail, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality industries is a plus Personal attributes and value Proactive with the ability to earn respect through intelligence, hard work, and persistence Passion for industry-leading next-generation technology Ability to operate in an environment with limited resources Effective communicator who can distill powerful messages for customers Track record of building positive relationships with peers Active listener who can learn from others and leverage input Strong work ethic focused on priority issues, action, and results Integrity, credibility, and high ethical standards Compensation & benefits Salary Range: $155,000 - $170,000 + Bonus + Stock Legion offers competitive compensation and benefits. As a fully remote employer, pay is determined using local, national, and industry survey data. The posted salary range reflects national data and may be refined for region. Offers consider location, experience, education, skills, market rate, internal equity, and budget.
