Overview
Director of Nursing – Home Infusion with responsibility to lead Elevate Infusion’s clinical operations and infusion nursing staff. Ensure compliance with INS, IgNS, and ONS standards as well as state regulations. Serve as the clinical bridge between patients, pharmacies, and providers, guiding quality programs, mentoring staff, and ensuring safe, patient-centered infusion therapy at scale. Responsibilities
Lead clinical operations and infusion nursing staff. Ensure compliance with INS, IgNS, and ONS standards and state regulations. Guide quality programs and mentor nursing staff. Ensure safe, patient-centered infusion therapy at scale; act as the clinical liaison between patients, pharmacies, and providers. Qualifications
CRNI, IgCN, or ONS certification strongly preferred. Current RN license in good standing (MO/KS or compact eligible). BSN preferred. Infusion/oncology experience (IVIG, biologics, oncology infusion, venous access). Strong patient education, documentation, and quality oversight skills. Meets state immunization/TB requirements.
