Physician General Plastic Surgeon, Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (Open Rank/Track Faculty) Duties and Responsibilities
To provide safe, high quality patient care To provide clinical and didactic education to learners of all levels To adhere to all other duties and guidelines of the Department and The Chair as assigned Qualifications
MD or DO Completion of an accredited Plastic Surgery Residency Program Board certification or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery Eligible for an Ohio Medical License Department and Program Context
The Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery has 20 full-time faculty, 5 faculty at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and 10 community faculty. The comprehensive program includes 9 dedicated surgeons and collaboration with Neurosurgery, Surgical Oncology, Orthopedics, Dermatology and Trauma Surgery. The residency program includes 26 residents and 4 fellows (microsurgery, nerve and pediatric fellowships). It is a referral center for central Ohio, West Virginia and Kentucky with clinical care across the Wexner Medical Center campuses and affiliated sites. How to Apply
