As a member of our team, you will be at the forefront of reshaping the future of Oral Surgery and will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with leading surgical experts dedicated to the same mission. Candidates must be either “Board Eligible” or a “Board-Certified” surgeon with a desire to open and lead a new surgical facility slated to open in Chattanooga in mid-summer 2025. Our state-of-the-art facility will provide the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical care utilizing cutting-edge technology. Responsibilities

Lead the new Chattanooga facility and provide the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical care. Collaborate with leading surgical experts and contribute to advancing patient outcomes. Utilize state-of-the-art technology and participate in ongoing education, mentorship, and professional development. Build and grow a practice in a high-growth area with access to comprehensive clinical resources. Work with a highly trained, friendly, and caring support team. Qualifications

Board Eligible or Board-Certified in Oral Surgery. Desire to open and lead a new surgical facility slated to open in Chattanooga in mid-summer 2025. Commitment to world-class patient care and outcomes. Willingness to engage in ongoing clinical education and mentorship. Compensation & Benefits

Immediate partnership with no buy-in necessary. $450,000+ base salary with collection bonus. Sign-On Bonus. Relocation Assistance. Continuing Education Stipend.
