We are looking for a skilled nurse leader who is committed to delivering high-quality care and fostering a culture of learning and professional development. Responsibilities
Administer and manage Nursing Services for residents in accordance with physician orders and resident needs. Provide 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care. In the absence of the Administrator, assume responsibility for center operations. Participate in the DON mentorship program to empower personal and professional development and improve quality of care. Engage with the orientation and training programs, including leadership training and CEU opportunities. Qualifications
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the practicing state. Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred. Prior experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings required. Two years of experience in a DON role required. Professional image in appearance and behavior with excellent written and oral communication skills. Benefits & Culture
