Oregon Medical Group, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Pediatrician to join our Pediatric team in Eugene, OR. Position Details
Outpatient Pediatric care including office consultations, annual visits, follow-up appointments, and in-office procedures
Average patients per day: 20
Full-time or part-time options
4-day work week
Comfortable seeing pediatric patients; performs in-office procedures as needed
Medical Assistant to support physician; rooming patients, vitals, Rx refills, follow-up appointments

Required Qualifications
Graduate of a four-year U.S. medical school or equivalent; residency completed in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Unrestricted OR physician license or ability to obtain prior to start date
Current OR DEA certificate prior to start date
Current BLS certification
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
EMR proficiency
Excellent time management skills
Compensation The salary range for this role is $199,500 to $328,500 annually based on full-time employment. This reflects total cash compensation at target; actual base and bonus mix varies by experience and metrics achieved. Pay is influenced by factors including location, education, experience, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group complies with all applicable minimum wage laws. Benefits beyond base salary include a comprehensive package, incentive programs, and 401(k) contributions, where eligible.
