The Division of Audiology at LLUFMG is expanding and seeking a passionate and experienced Pediatric Cochlear Implant Audiologist to join our collaborative, mission-driven team. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic academic medical center that values clinical excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and compassionate care. We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience working with Cochlear Americas and Advanced Bionics cochlear implant systems, along with a strong background in pediatric diagnostics and habilitation. The position involves comprehensive audiological care for infants, children, and adolescents with hearing loss, with a focus on candidacy evaluation, cochlear implant programming, and long-term management. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive audiological care for infants, children, and adolescents with hearing loss. Conduct candidacy evaluations for cochlear implants and manage long-term device programming and follow-up. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support pediatric hearing health and development. Qualifications
Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited program. California Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing Licenses (or eligibility to obtain). ASHA CCC-A certification preferred. Strong background in pediatric audiology. Experience with electrophysiologic testing and cochlear implants preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a family-centered approach. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required. About The Area

The compensation range listed is starting base compensation and is adjusted based on years of experience and/or faculty rank: $95,000 - $143,000. This amount does not include variable compensation or extra productivity and is subject to department compensation plans. More information on compensation is discussed during the recruitment process.
